poor soundproofing dim lighting
the breakfast was good (especially the fresh fruit selection).
I must say the lack of soundproofing was quite noticeable. I could hear everything from the hallway. the room lighting was also not ideal. The bedside lamps were dim and made it difficult to read at night. i also found it odd that there was no door to the bathroom, providing limited privacy.

Underwhelming Stay
warm breakfast slow service
The bed was quite large and comfortable.
The hot breakfast food was not hot enough. It was lukewarm at best. I also found the bar often lacked supplies, specifically beer and cider. Securing a dinner reservation for the DJ event proved problematic, as I was initially advised it wasn't necessary, only to discover the restaurant was fully booked later. This created a very disappointing dining experience due to the slow service.

Acceptable Stay, but Lacking in Key Areas
poor breakfast insufficient curtains
The location was acceptable and allowed for easy access to the surrounding areas.
The breakfast selection was limited and of poor quality. Much of it was pork. Getting hot milk required asking three times, frustrating. The curtains in the room were insufficient, meaning I could not sleep past 7 AM due to the sun shining in, so restful sleep was impossible.

The staff provided immediate assistance with bookings and information throughout my visit. The hotel boasts a beautiful flower room. I received a helpful messaging service for restaurant reservations and inquiries. The hotel's location offers a quiet setting, a short walk from the city center.
The sink area in the bathroom was small, which required some creativity when placing toiletries.

I liked the flower room bar. It's a great spot. photos look really nice there. the hotel's location made sightseeing easy. the staff were very kind. they offered helpful advice and were fun to talk with.
I noticed the bathroom had no door. That was a slight inconvenience.

The room included two separate sinks. Breakfast had a wide selection and excellent quality, it was excellent.
The hot water in the shower did not come immediately. A guest must wait a bit.
